Lubrifiant GLISS F pentru suflarea cablurilor și tuburilor cu fibră optică 1L

GLISS F slip fluid for blowing and pulling in fibre optic cables and microtubes in a 1 litre bottle. Very efficient.Gliss F reduces the resistance created during pulling by 80% which effects longer installation distances and much easier work. Due to its consistency and low evaporation rate, it can be used for the pneumatic installation of fibre optic cables in plastic tubes over long distances. It retains its slip properties even up to several years after application, protects cables from dirt, adheres perfectly to the cable surface, retains slip properties even in the presence of water.95% BIODEGRADAL product.Method of use:When mechanically installing cables in pipes, the product should be applied directly to the cable before it is blown into the pipe. When using the pneumatic method, spread the lubricant evenly inside the pipe using compressed air before blowing the cable. The consumption of GLISS F depends on the diameter and weight of the cable, as well as the diameter of the pipeline into which the cables are installed. The average consumption varies between 5 and 10 grams of formulation per metre.Key features:appearance: translucent blue or green liquidodour: delicate detergent smellviscosity: 45-65s (Ford's cup method - 2 mm diameter at 20°C)density: 1.02 - 1.05 gr/cm3pH: 8.5 - 9flammability: non-flammableapplication temperature: -20°C to +65°Ctoxicity: non-toxic productbiodegradability: 95% biodegradablecontainer: 1kg bottle Tip produs Serie Producător
