Hikvision's DS-2CD2686G2H-IZS tube camera is part of the second generation of cameras based on AcuSense technology, featuring even higher false alarm filtering performance. It is designed for use in surveillance systems based on IP DVRs. The camera is equipped with a 1/1.8" CMOS sensor with a resolution of 8 Mpix and an IR illuminator with a range of up to 60 m, ensuring correct visibility in the absence of light. It has a 2.8 - 12 mm type Motozoom variable focal length lens that allows the viewing angle to be remotely changed from 112.3 - 41.2°. Lens focus is automatically adjusted when the focal length is changed. Support for legacy and latest H.265(+) compression methods allows for extended archiving time of recordings while maintaining excellent image quality with backward compatibility. Additional image enhancement features such as AGC, 3D-DNR, WDR (120 dB), BLC, HLC and built-in image analytics (VCA) allow the camera to be used for more advanced projects. A high-tightness IP67 enclosure ensures that the electronics are protected from adverse weather conditions.
