The ZB-1100/50+RAM6 non-invasive ballast mast with adjustable angle of mast in relation to the ground is designed for the installation of satellite, television or data transmission antennas. It enables installation on flat, resistant surfaces in places where interference in the structure or roof sheathing is impossible or inadvisable. The ZB-1100/50+RAM6 ballast mast base, 1.1 m high and 50 mm in diameter, consists of 6 frames measuring 41.5 × 26.5 cm allowing the installation of 12 concrete blocks measuring: 38 cm × 24cm × 12 cm. The satellite dish should be placed on the mast as low as possible, just above the concrete blocks.Key features:base made of 3 mm thick galvanised steel sheet, extrusion mouldedsingle frame size: 41.5 × 26.5 cmbase dimension when folded: 106.0 × 91.0 cmgalvanised mast length 1.1 m and diameter 50 mmsmooth adjustment of the mast's tilt angle in relation to the ground 0...5°the mast is sealed at the top with a plastic plug to protect the inside of the pipe from moisturemast is designed to be loaded with concrete blocks with dimensions: 38 cm × 24 cm × 12 cmblocks must be loaded onto the base and fastened with a plastic strap (e.g. PP strap)The bracket is equipped with a mechanism enabling free adjustment of the pole's angle of inclination in relation to the ground 0...5°. This allows the mast to be positioned vertically on surfaces with a slight slope, facilitating proper installation and ensuring the stability of the entire structure.StabilityThe E8748 non-invasive ballast mast loaded symmetrically with 12 concrete blocks measuring: 38x24x12 cm (12 x 21 kg) remains stable with a side load of up to 90 kgf applied 20 cm below the top of the mast. This corresponds to a wind pressure of 35 m/s or 126 km/h on a 120 cm diameter canopy.Poland has been divided into wind load zones due to differences in wind characteristics. Zone I covers most of the country, zone II the coastal areas and zone III the mountainous areas. Zone Characteristics Wind base velocity (*) 1 Central Plains 22 [m/s] 2 Coast and lake districts 26 [m/s] 3 Mountainous areas 30 [m/s] (*) in the European wind load calculation model, the basic forecast value, which depends on climatic conditions, is the 10-minute average wind speed, called base wind speed.Wind load zones in Poland.
